If she wants to drink booze, she should move to Quebec or to Europe. Americans and Brits can’t handle their alcohol, so that is why there are strict controls on their behavior — basically to prevent drunk driving.
I know some people who would love to sell her a condominium in Montreal.
She will change her mind once she hits 21.
Besides, I would think she would be more concerned with the statutory **** laws in California. Her boyfriend could have been charged with **** since she began her relationship with him while she was underage.
